Joe Hale

I'm a senior engineering leader, writer, traveler, and certified High-Performance Coach. I've had the privilege of leading teams in some of the world's most demanding organizations - from Microsoft to the US Air Force. I've experienced some of the most adverse teams and organizations and overcome debilitating self-doubt, impostor syndrome, and burnout. I've helped many people overcome their challenges as well. I believe that we can achieve more than we think possible, and It's my mission to help others find and unleash their potential so they can achieve their dreams. I work with senior leaders, engineering managers, and individual contributors to coach them to discover more options, build confidence, be more impactful, and have more energy.
